Non smoking smoker-club

Maybe this bar called 'smokers club' should think of changing their name now since the 6months old nonsmoking law makes smoking inside illegal here in Berlin. What market are they trying to attract? Ex smokers?

Här i Berlin har en street-art artist ramat in alla cykel-trafikljus
med svart "plast-passpartou" så att alla röda lampor blir till hjärtan,
och alla orange ljus blir till stjärnor. En mycket trevlig ide i
